Born and raised in Warwick and now situated in Brisbane, Stacey Russell is flourishing in her field of fashion photography. Drawing on her observations of natural light and colour, Stacey implements her experience and visual fascination to shape the feeling and atmosphere she portrays in her images.
In 2009 she graduated as 'Student of the Year' with a Certificate IV in Photoimaging at TAFE. In the following year Stacey went on to take out the Westfield 'Project Be Styled' competition, as well as becoming one of the top 3 finalists for photography in Qantas SOYA. With editorial spreads in publications such as Emergent, Zeum and Whim magazine, as well as features in Factory Diaries and Spell & the Gypsy Collective, Stacey is making her mark in the Australian fashion industry.
She combines contemporary equipment with old vintage favourites to create her mix of edgy fashion and nostalgic youthful imagery that resonates with the viewer.
Stacey is available internationally for social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, fashion editorials, model portfolios and more.
